Update 11.02.23

Changelog:

• Re-worked tutorial
• Added pause menu
• Now collectibles are required to end the level
• Alternatively you can kill all the enemies on the level to finish it
• Fixed the issue with level select, now all levels are available (hopefully)
• Added a bunch of sounds, now its possible to locate rockets before they hit you
